At Velmont & Co, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, this policy outlines your options and the steps to follow.
1. Return Window
We accept return requests within 14 days of the date you receive your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
This return window is in line with the right of withdrawal granted to consumers located in the European Union under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), which allows you to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, without providing a reason.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In its original condition with all tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
3. Return Shipping Fee
A fixed return shipping fee of €19.90 applies to all eligible returns. This amount will be deducted from your refund upon approval.
This fee does not apply in cases where the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect — see Section 5 for details.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@velmontrossi.com before sending any item back. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
Returns sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and full instructions on how and where to send your package. The return address is:

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately at support@velmontrossi.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographic evidence
We will assess the situation and, where confirmed, arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. The €19.90 return shipping fee does not apply in these cases.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalised products
- Personal care or hygiene goods (e.g. beauty products) once opened
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us at support@velmontrossi.com before initiating a return.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your original order following the process above and place a new order once your return has been accepted.
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the outcome. If your return is approved:
- The €19.90 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
- The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days
Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@velmontrossi.com.
