4. Shipping and Delivery

Velmont & Co ships worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

In accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), all orders will be delivered within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the order confirmation date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period by contacting support@velmontrossi.com with your order number and a clear statement of your intention to withdraw.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• Returned in its original packaging with all included accessories and tags

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal notice, in accordance with applicable law.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Certain items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, such as personalised goods or items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — where applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page

6. Cancellations

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. If you wish to cancel before dispatch, please contact us immediately at support@velmontrossi.com. If the order has already been shipped, you may exercise your right of withdrawal upon receipt of the item, as described in Section 5.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team immediately at support@velmontrossi.com, including:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photographic evidence of the damage or defect

We will assess the situation and, where confirmed, arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

If the package is received by a third party on your behalf, we recommend that they inspect its condition at the time of delivery and report any visible damage immediately.

8. Returned or Undelivered Shipments

It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking status of their shipment. If a package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, re-shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Velmont & Co is not liable for losses arising from a failure to monitor tracking status or an inaccurate delivery address provided by the customer.
